USA Hockey Inline Membership: Learn to Play Division

Additional Information

The Monroe-Woodbury Roller Hockey League (MWRHL) is sanctioned by “USA Hockey Inline”.  Therefore, all players are required to become a member of USA Hockey Inline prior to participating in any league activity. With the exception of the Learn-to-Skate and Mini-Mite divisions, USA Hockey Inline membership is effective from Sept. 1, 2009 to Aug. 31, 2010.  “Learn-to-Skate” and “Mini-Mite” players’ membership is only valid for the current season.

*This does not include "Learn-to-skate" and "Mini-Mite" (instructional) members

To complete the Monroe-Woodbury Roller Hockey League (MWRHL) registration process,

please follow the instructions below according to the division for which you wish to register.

Registration deadline is March 15th.

Open Registration for the Adult Division is only held in August. If you are interested in playing in the Spring 2010 Adult Division you may call the Adult Contact to inquire about availability.

Player Registration (8 & under through Adult)

1.  Register online for USA Hockey insurance as an “Inline Player” at http://www.usahockeyregistration.com/

2.  The USA Hockey registration process will provide you with a membership code.

3.  Register for MWRHL membership at http://wwa.usahockey.com/LocalReg/Register.aspx?regId=147

     (You many need to copy and paste the above link into your browser.)

4.  Use the USA Hockey code obtained in step 2 to begin MWRHL registration.

    Complete the online form and pay the fee online.

5.  Division determination is based on age as of December 31, 2009

     Adult (1991 and older)

     17u (1992, 1993, 1994)

     14u (1995, 1996)

     12u (1997, 1998)

     10u (1999, 2000)

       8u (2001, 2002)

       Mini-Mites (2003, 2004)

       Learn-to-Skate (2005, 2006)

6.  If this is the first time your child has played in MWRHL, a copy of their birth certificate must be mailed to the

    MWRHL post office box. PO Box 762, Harriman, NY 10926

7.  You're done!

Player Registration (Learn-to-skate and Mini-Mites ONLY)

1.  Complete the MWRHL registration form (forms can be found below).

2.  USA Hockey Inline has a separate membership for "Learn-to-Skate" and "Mini-Mite,

    at a cost of $10.00. Membership does not carry over from season to season.

    Complete the USA Hockey “Learn To Play” insurance form (from can be found below).

3.  Mail forms, or hand deliver at walk-in registration (dates will  be announced on our main page) with two checks to:

    MWRHL post office box. 

    One check for “MRHL” for the registration fee and the second check payable to "USA Hockey Inline" for $10.00.

    Please DO NOT send one check for both fees.
