NEW REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
To complete the MWRHL registration process,
please follow the instructions:
1) Download the USA Roller Sports Insurance Membership form. Please note, when applying for USARS Insurance, the appropriate membership category is: Inline Hockey - House ($20)
2) Complete the form and mail with check payable to USARS to:

*Unlike previous years, USA Roller Sports insurance membership is calendar based (Jan-Dec), so you will have to repeat this process for the spring season.
3) Go to our registration link and carefully follow the instructions:
All players must register online. Cash will no longer be accepted. Please remember, until you've completed the FULL registration process, you are NOT eligable to participate in any MWRHL games.

* Open Registration for the Adult Division is only held in the Fall.
